Statistics for 2014 indicate that the population of Japan has exceeded 127,333,002 people, and the Japanese of origin constitute 98% of its population, and the remaining percentage is distributed between Koreans, Chinese and other nationalities residing in the country, and the population is distributed in forty-seven prefectures. Climate 

Japan is often affected by a mild climate, but there is a noticeable variation in the climate between the north and south of the country, and the geographical distribution in the country is classified between a humid subtropical climate or a humid climate and others, and it is known that Japan suffers from natural disasters a lot, as it is surprised by typhoons and heavy rains, especially at the end of the summer season and the beginning of autumn, and volcanic eruptions, in addition to earthquakes that have claimed millions of lives in the history of Japan, and the Japanese are making great efforts in the reconstruction of their country and reduce the devastating effects of these natural disasters.


Economy

The Japanese economy depends mainly on the industrial sector, as it exports primarily energy and raw materials, as for the agricultural sector, it has the lowest share in the country in terms of size, but the Japanese government provides great support for this sector, and the return achieved by Japan is considered the highest in the world, and Japan self-depends on meeting the needs of the population of rice, but resorts to importing grains from abroad. Japan has its own fishing fleet, the largest in the world, accounting for 15% of the world's total fishing crop, and the Japanese economy has experienced remarkable prosperity and growth in recent times.
